Located at the end of an old alley in Seobinggo, Yongsan-gu, Zero Complex reflects Chef Lee Choong-hu's new leap forward. Interpreting a 50-year-old building with a modern and minimal design, the space expresses a contemporary and simple aesthetic. Using travertine beige marble and wood exclusively, the design aimed to create a clutter-free environment, allowing customers to focus on enjoying their food to the fullest. The high ceilings and large windows facing the front allow abundant natural light and provide glimpses of subtle changes in the small garden beyond. With the spirit of a chef with a decade of experience, the design endeavors to convey concentration and purity in cooking.

    서울 용산구 서빙고, 오래 된 골목길 끝에 자리한 제로컴플렉스는 이충후 셰프의 새로운 도약을 반영한 공간이다. 50년 된 오래된 구옥을 현대적이고 미니멀 한 디자인으로 해석해 현대적이고 단순한 미학을 표현했다. 트라버틴베이지 대리석과 우드만을 사용해서 최대한 공간에 군더더기 없는 공간을 만들어 고객들이 차분히 음식을 즐기기 위한 시간에 집중하기 바랬다. 높은 천장과 정면을 바라보는 큰 창은 자연광을 풍부하게 받아 드리고 창 넘어 작은 정원의 작은 변화들을 느낄 수 있다. 셰프의 10년 차 신인의 마음으로 요리에 대한 집중과 순수성을 보여주기 위한 시도가 잘 느껴지기 바란다.
